WebChat helps you offer assistance to your clients in real time. WebChat works through your Internet browser, eliminating the need to install applications on your computer or your client’s computer. In addition to assisting your clients, you will have access to the historical of conversations, graphics and the statistics of the assistance provided.
The agent is the person who provides assistance. If several people holds this position on your company, each one of them must have an agent account assigned to.
WebChat offers the possibility for each agent to assist up to three clients simultaneously. This number can be configured in the Administrative Panel.
WebChat automatically generates a code that can be found on the Administrative Panel. Simply insert this code into your website source code.
Bank Payment Slip or Credit Card (MasterCard, Amex and Diners). The service will be activated in up to 1 (one) business day after receipt of proof of payment.
The installation period is up to one business day after receipt of proof of payment. This means that, in practice, you will need to wait for the bank confirmation of the payment slip, which normally takes up to three business days.
There is no minimum term. The bill is pre-paid and if you want to cancel the service, you can do this at anytime through one of our assistance channels.
