  • Can I perform upgrades and downgrades in Cloud Server Pro?

    Of course! You can upgrade the memory, disk space and additional transfer and also downgrade the memory and additional transfer. The only thing you cannot do is downgrade the disk space. You can request these changes through the Control Panel and they will be applied in up to three hours after confirmation of payment.

  • How can I pay?

    Bank Payment Slip or Credit Card (MasterCard, Amex and Diners). The service will be activated in up to 1 (one) business day after receipt of proof of payment.

  • Is there a minimum contract term?

    There is no minimum term. The bill is pre-paid and if you want to cancel the service, you can do this at anytime via the Locaweb Control Panel.

  • How quickly is the server installed?

    The installation period is up to one business day after receipt of proof of payment (up to three business days due to the bank’s processing of the payment slip).

Each plan has a data transfer franchise included.

For additional transfer is possible to contract pre-paid packages of 25GB or pay the additional transfer on your next bill.

Additional Transfer (pre-paid): Minimum package of 25 GB to extend the transfer limit. It can be purchased through the form or the Panel.

Additional Transfer (pos-paid): Will be charged on your next bill when the transfer limits (franchise included in the plan + additional pre-paid) are exceeded.

You do manual backups, automated (scripts developed by you) or using specific software with authenticated access and IP address.

You may purchase more IPs according to your needs.

Each Cloud Server Pro comes with an included IP and the plans purchased with Plesk come with two included IPs. You also may purchase more additional IPs according to your needs.
