WebDesk helps you register and organize all your customer’s requests. You can easily input information gathered by e-mails, conversations and calls in just one place to be accessible via the web for you and your customers.
A ticket is each assistance information registered on WebDesk. For instance: if one of your customers contacts your company, you or him/her can open a ticket to request for support. All of the stakeholders can follow online the ticket status.
The agent is the person who provides assistance. If several people holds this position on your company, each one of them must have an agent account assigned to.
Bank Payment Slip or Credit Card (MasterCard, Amex and Diners). The service will be activated in up to 1 (one) business day after receipt of proof of payment.
The installation period is up to one business day after receipt of proof of payment. This means that, in practice, you will need to wait for the bank confirmation of the payment slip, which normally takes up to three business days.
There is no minimum term. The bill is pre-paid and if you want to cancel the service, you can do this at anytime through one of our assistance channels.
