What is an agent?
The agent is the person who provides assistance. If several people holds this position on your company, each one of them must have an agent account assigned to.
Can I change plans later?
Of course! You are free to upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime you want.
How can I pay?
Bank Payment Slip or Credit Card (MasterCard, Amex and Diners). The service will be activated in up to 1 (one) business day after receipt of proof of payment. The Lite plan is paid quarterly, and the other plans can be monthly, semiannual or annual.
Is there a minimum contract term?
There is no minimum term. The bill is pre-paid and if you want to cancel the service, you can do this at anytime via the Locaweb Control Panel.
